RIIWHS202E – Enter and work in confined spaces
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to safely enter and work in confined spaces (e.g., tanks, pits, silos) across the Resources and Infrastructure Industries. Training covers planning, hazard identification, atmospheric monitoring, correct use of PPE, applying lock-out/tag-out procedures, and maintaining communication with a stand-by person as per the Confined Space Entry Permit.
MSMWHS216 – Operate breathing apparatus
This unit teaches the skills and knowledge needed to safely operate and maintain breathing apparatus in irrespirable or hazardous atmospheres. Training covers pre-donning checks, correct donning/doffing, monitoring air use, fault management, and concluding operations in line with procedures and standards.
PMASUP236 – Operate Vehicles in the Field
This nationally recognised unit equips participants with the skills and knowledge to prepare, operate, maintain, and recover vehicles across a variety of terrains and operational contexts (e.g. pipeline patrols, remote field sites). Training covers vehicle checks, load security, off-road driving techniques, communications, journey planning, and field vehicle recovery.
RIIWHS204E – Work Safely at Heights
The Work Safely at Heights course (RIIWHS204E) is a nationally recognised program that equips participants with the essential skills and knowledge to identify risks, implement control measures, and safely perform tasks at height. Training covers the planning, equipment selection, and practical techniques required to prevent falls and maintain compliance with Australian WHS legislation and Codes of Practice.
Participants will gain hands-on experience using height safety systems, including harnesses, anchor points, and fall protection equipment, while learning to conduct risk assessments, inspect gear, and apply safe work procedures. This course is suitable for anyone required to work at heights across the mining, construction, maintenance, and infrastructure industries.
RII21120 – Certificate II in Oil & Gas Drilling (Onshore) and Well Servicing
This qualification prepares participants for entry-level roles in onshore drilling and well servicing operations. Learners develop skills in safety, risk control, rig lease operations, environmental awareness, basic maintenance, and supporting well control under supervision.
RII32220 – Certificate III in Well Servicing Operations
This qualification reflects the skills and knowledge required to perform operational roles in well servicing operations within the resources and energy sector. It includes the application of safety, equipment operation, and environmental management procedures necessary to carry out well servicing tasks under field conditions.
Participants will develop a solid understanding of rig operation, maintenance, and well control support in accordance with site standards, legislation, and safety requirements.
RII41220 – Certificate IV in Well Servicing Operations
This qualification reflects the skills and knowledge required to coordinate, supervise, and perform advanced operational tasks in well servicing activities within the oil and gas sector. It focuses on planning, leadership, and compliance in well servicing environments, including oversight of crews, equipment, and safety systems.

RII51020 – Diploma of Well Servicing Operations
This qualification reflects the role of senior personnel and supervisors who coordinate, manage, and oversee well servicing operations in the oil and gas industry. It focuses on the technical, leadership, and planning skills required to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of well servicing activities across varied operating conditions.
Participants will develop advanced knowledge of rig systems, well control, environmental management, and team leadership, preparing them to manage complex well servicing operations in line with Australian industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
TLIF0009 – Ensure the safety of transport activities (Chain of Responsibility)
This unit addresses the legislative, regulatory, and operational responsibilities within the transport supply chain under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL). Participants will learn to identify, apply, and adhere to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations, manage risks around vehicle mass, dimensions, fatigue, speed, load security, and report breaches according to workplace procedures.
RIIWHS202E Refresher – Enter and work in confined spaces Refresher
This refresher course is designed for individuals who have previously completed their initial RIIWHS202E training and wish to update their skills and knowledge to meet current industry standards and legislative requirements. It revisits the key principles of entering and working safely in confined spaces, including hazard identification, entry procedures, the correct use of personal protective equipment and emergency response. Suitable for workers across construction, resources, utilities and manufacturing industries where confined space entry is a regular part of their role.
MSMWHS217 Refresher – Gas test atmospheres
This refresher course is designed for individuals who have previously completed their initial MSMWHS217 training and wish to update their skills and knowledge to meet current industry standards and legislative requirements. It revisits the key principles of testing and monitoring workplace atmospheres, including identifying and controlling atmospheric hazards, the safe use and calibration of gas testing equipment, and implementing emergency response procedures. Suitable for workers across industries where gas atmosphere testing is a regular part of their role.
TLIF0080 – Implement and monitor the safety duties of transport activities (Chain of Responsibility)
This nationally recognised unit provides the skills and knowledge required to monitor and implement safety obligations within the transport supply chain under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL). Participants learn how to identify and manage risks relating to fatigue, mass, load restraint, speed, and vehicle standards, ensuring compliance across all parties in the chain of responsibility.
AHCBIO203 – Inspect and clean machinery, tools and equipment to preserve biosecurity
In this course, you will gain the practical skills and knowledge needed to inspect and clean machinery, vehicles, tools, and equipment to prevent the spread of biosecurity threats such as weeds, seeds, pests, and soil-borne pathogens. Also known as Weed and Seed training, this nationally recognised unit is ideal if you work in agriculture, mining, construction, or the resources sector and are required to move equipment between sites. Once you successfully complete the course, you will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment, giving you the authority to sign off on vehicle hygiene inspection reports and weed hygiene declarations in your workplace.
Load Restraint – Load Restraint & Secure Cargo Training
In this course, you will gain the practical skills and knowledge needed to safely load, unload, and secure cargo and goods for transport in accordance with Australian law. Covering two nationally recognised units, TLIA1001 Secure Cargo and TLID0015 Load and Unload Goods/Cargo this course is ideal if you are a driver, warehouse worker, or logistics operator who is responsible for ensuring loads are safe, legal, and properly restrained for transit. You will learn how to select the right restraint equipment, apply correct tie-down and lashing techniques, plan and prepare loads in line with mass and dimension requirements, and complete all required workplace documentation. Once you successfully complete the course, you will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment, demonstrating your competency and supporting your Chain of Responsibility obligations in the workplace.
RIIRTM203E – Work as a safety observer / spotter
This nationally recognised unit provides the skills and knowledge to act as a safety observer / spotter on worksites. Training includes hazard identification, managing pedestrian and vehicle interfaces, establishing exclusion zones, and maintaining communication with operational teams while observing work activities under supervision.
